Kindly note that our payment on delivery only available within Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja. Due to the high cost of Logistic sending products to different states, You will be required to pay a commit fee of ₦2,500 commitment fee once you place your order before we can send out your order
Why are we doing this?
In the past few months, our company has suffered a great loss because we offer payment on delivery to anywhere in Nigeria. A lot of customers have taken advantage of this payment method to rubbish our business.
Before now we always used our money to pay for logistics to send products from Lagos to customers’ states which usually cost between ₦4,000 to ₦7,000. But once the order gets to the customer location 8 out of every 10 customers always come with an excuse that they are not available, they have travel, they are not interested again, or stop picking up our calls,
After we have already spent ₦4,000 to ₦7,000 ( Money from our pocket ) on Logistics to send it to them
No business will survive running a business like this, we lost over 3.2 million naira last year alone offering payment on delivery to anywhere in Nigeria.
The commitment fee assures us that you really need the product, and you will be ready to pickup the order when it gets to tour state. If you can’t pay ₦2,500 for the commitment fee now how are we sure you be able to pay for the product when it gets to your state?
Just a quick reminder the ₦2500 commitment fee you are paying will be deducted from the total amount you are supposed to pay. For example, if the product price is ₦8,500 + ₦1,500 for delivery that is a total of ₦10,000 when you pay the ₦2,500 commitment fee you will only balance the dispatch rider ₦7,500 when you get your order.
If after reading all this and you still feel that it doesn’t make sense, then you can order from another vendor/store who is ready to send the product to your state for payment on delivery. Thanks
Frequently asked questions
As explained above, payment on delivery across the 36 States has made us lose a lot of money because it attracts unserious customers. For now, our payment on-delivery option is only available within Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja
We are so sorry to hear that, But what you can also do is let any friend or family you have across these 3 states to receive the order on your behalf ( @ payment on delivery ) and waybill it to you
Well, we fully understand your fear of getting scammed online, and to prove we are not one of them we have gone ahead and registered our company with CAC, Most scammers receive money to opay, palmpay or personal accounts but we only receive payment into our business account. What this means is that if we collect your money and don’t deliver your order, you can report our company to the right authority like EFFC
This is one of the responses we receive from our customers when we ask them to pay a ₦2,500 commitment fee. But unfortunately, we will not be able to send orders outside these 3 states without a commitment fee. If you can’t trust us with ₦2,500 we can’t trust you with our goods too ( How are we sure that you will pay when it gets to your state when you can’t pay ₦2,500 now ).
There are 2 ways to go about this, is either you send us an address within these 3 states to deliver to and get the payment on delivery option, or buy from another store that is ready to send the payment down to your start without a commitment fee.

No, You are not paying an additional fee, this is how it works. Let’s assume the price of the product you are buying is ₦11,000 + an additional ₦1,500 for delivery. Total= ₦12,500. When you make the ₦2,500 payment for commitment fee it means you will only balance the dispatch rider ₦10,000 when you receive the product
